Abstract:The bamhoo slips of East Wu (Three kingdoms)unearthed from Zoumalou, Changsha, the numher of which are about 100, 000, need at least more than ten years for dehydrating. At present, the damages of modls have occured, and some are serious.In order to protect the banboo from mold attacks, the molds on the bamboo slips were analyzed. Based on the characiers of the bamloo slips in wate, the antiseptics and sterile agents that are suitable for them were selected, for example glycines acueous solution, isothiazolone etc . This research is mainly amed at the antisepsis of the bamboo slip from Zoumalou, but hecause of the similarity in antisepsis between waterlogged bamboo slps and lacquer wares, the antisepsis of lacquer wares were also experimented based on their properties, and got good effects.
