    漆器文物是承载中华文明物质与精神价值的重要载体,其材质复杂、工艺精深,准确解析其结构、材料与工艺是文物保护修复与传统工艺传承的关键。传统鉴定与文献考据难以揭示漆器微观结构与组分信息,现代科技分析已成为核心研究手段。本研究系统综述漆器文物科技分析的方法体系、应用成果及现存难题:从结构解析、有机原材料分析、无机原材料分析三个方面,梳理了剖面显微观测、扫描电子显微镜-能谱、X射线CT、红外光谱、热裂解-气相色谱/质谱、拉曼光谱等技术的应用,阐明多技术联用、无损与微损相结合可实现漆器层级结构、成分、工艺及老化特征的初步解析;同时从材料学角度指出当前研究的核心难题——大漆成膜与老化、漆油复合体系成膜及演化过程分子机制尚不清晰,原材料定量配比难以还原,少量添加物的检测及功能研究亟待深化。本综述旨在梳理研究脉络,为漆器保护与工艺传承提供科学支撑。

    Abstract:

    Lacquerware relics are important carriers of the material and spiritual heritage of Chinese civilization. Owing to their complex material systems and sophisticated craftsmanship, accurate analysis of their structures, materials and manufacturing techniques is a fundamental prerequisite for cultural relic conservation, restoration, and the inheritance of traditional craftsmanship. Traditional approaches based on empirical identification and documentary research alone cannot fully reveal the microstructural and compositional information of lacquerware, making modern scientific analysis a core methodology in this field. This paper systematically reviews the methodological framework, application achievements and current challenges in the scientific study of lacquerware relics. From the perspectives of structural characterization and analyses of organic and inorganic raw materials, it summarizes the application of techniques such as cross-sectional microscopic observation, SEM-EDS, X-ray CT, FTIR, Py-GC/MS and Raman spectrometry. The study demonstrates that an integrated research model combining multiple analytical techniques and complementary non-destructive and micro-destructive methods can effectively achieve comprehensive analysis of lacquerware layered structures, material composition, craftsmanship details, and aging characteristics. From the perspective of materials science, the study further identifies several major challenges in current research. These include the unclear molecular mechanisms underlying raw lacquer film formation and aging, insufficient understanding of the synergistic film forming and aging behavior of lacquer-oil composite systems, difficulties in reconstructing quantitative formulation of core raw materials, and the need for further investigation into the detection and functional roles of minor additives. This review aims to outline the framework for lacquerware studies and provide scientific support and functional roles for lacquerware conservation and its craftsmanship transmission.
