    随着数字技术在文博领域的深度应用,构建高保真数字资产已成为珍贵文物保护与传承的核心手段。然而,对于体量巨大、材质脆弱且长期陈列于恒定环境展柜中的“不可移动”文物,以湖北省博物馆馆藏曾侯乙墓外棺为例,其数字化工作面临空间极度受限、光学条件复杂、材质纹理缺失等多重严峻挑战。为此,提出一种针对大型复杂文物的原位无损高保真三维重建方案。首先,严格遵循原位保护原则,针对仅能单侧开启展柜玻璃的狭窄作业空间限制,自主研发专用门式扩展采集装置,通过模块化龙门结构实现全覆盖、标准化的影像数据获取。其次,在算法层面,提出一种融合多视几何引导与显式约束的三维高斯泼溅(3D Gaussian Splatting, 3DGS)重建框架:利用多视立体几何(Multi-View Stereo, MVS)技术构建微观结构骨架以完成场景初始化,并引入单视图平滑度约束与多视图几何一致性校验,有效解决黑漆表面因“高反光、弱纹理”导致的几何塌陷与伪影堆积难题。实验结果表明,该方案不仅达到亚毫米级几何重建精度,还较好还原漆木器特有的视觉质感,为大型复杂文物的原位高质量数字化建模提供新的技术范式与工程参考。

    Abstract:

    With the extensive application of digital technology in the field of cultural heritage, the construction of high-fidelity digital assets has become a core approach for the conservation and inheritance of valuable cultural relics. However, the digitalization of “immovable” relics characterized by large dimensions, fragile materials, and long-term display within climate-controlled showcases—such as the outer coffin of Marquis Yi of Zeng in Hubei Provincial Museum—faces multiple severe challenges, including severely restricted operating space, complex optical conditions, and insufficient material texture. To address these issues, this paper proposes an in-situ non-destructive high-fidelity 3D reconstruction scheme for large and complex relics. First, adhering strictly to the principle of in-situ conservation and targeting the narrow operational conditions in which the showcase glass can only be opened on one side, a dedicated gantry-style expansion acquisition device was independently developed. This modular gantry structure enables standardized image data acquisition with full spatial coverage. Second, at the algorithmic level, a 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) reconstruction framework integrated with multi-view geometric guidance and explicit constraints is proposed. The framework employs Multi-View Stereo (MVS) technology to construct a micro-structural skeleton for scene initialization and introduces single-view smoothness constraints and multi-view geometric consistency verification. This approach effectively overcomes issues such as geometric collapse and artifact accumulation caused by the “high reflectivity and weak texture” of black lacquer surfaces. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method not only achieves sub-millimeter geometric reconstruction accuracy, but also faithfully reproduces the unique visual texture of lacquered wooden artifacts. The study provides a new technical paradigm and engineering reference for the in-situ, high-quality digital modeling of large and complex cultural relics.
