    摘要:

    重庆武隆关口西汉一号墓出土饱水木牍是研究汉代初期墓葬制度的重要实物。为科学制定保护方案,本研究在现场保护的基础上,综合运用树种鉴定、含水率测定、光学显微镜观察、红外光谱分析、离子色谱及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱等技术,对木牍保存状况、降解特征及环境离子影响进行评估。结果表明,木牍木材为油杉,处于中度降解状态,显微结构受损明显,红外光谱显示纤维素及半纤维素特征峰显著减弱,化学结构破坏明显,离子浓度分析显示铁离子影响程度较轻。针对其糟朽、氧化变色及变形等病害,根据科技分析结果,采用连二亚硫酸钠脱色与乙醇-十六醇脱水联合方法进行保护处理,并通过色差监测及尺寸测量对保护效果进行系统评估。处理后的木牍明度值显著提升,尺寸收缩率控制在2.5%以内,胎体恢复浅黄色,字迹清晰完整,达到了保护、研究与展示要求。本实践有效贯彻了考古与文物保护一体化理念,为同类饱水木牍文物的保护实践提供了科学参考。

    Abstract:

    Waterlogged wooden slips unearthed from Tomb No.1 of the Western Han Dynasty at Guankou, Wulong, Chongqing, serve as important physical evidence for the study of burial practices during the early Han Dynasty. To develop a scientific conservation strategy, this study built upon onsite preservation efforts and employed an integrated analytical approach—comprising wood species identification, moisture content determination, optical microscopy, infrared spectrometry, ion chromatography, and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry to evaluate the preservation condition, degradation characteristics, and environmental ion impact on the wooden slips. The results identified the wood species as Keteleeria, which exhibited moderate degradation accompanied by noticeable microstructural damage. Infrared spectrometry revealed a significant reduction in the characteristic peaks of cellulose and hemicellulose, indicating considerable chemical deterioration. Ion concentration analysis suggested that iron ions had a minor impact on the artifacts. To address degradation issues including decay, oxidative discoloration, and deformation, a combined treatment involving sodium dithionite decolorization and ethanol-hexadecanol dehydration was applied. The conservation efficacy was systematically evaluated through chromatic aberration monitoring and dimensional measurement. Following the treatment, the wooden slips exhibited a marked increase in lightness, dimensional shrinkage controlled within 2.5%, restoration of the substrate to a pale-yellow hue, and clear and intact inscriptions, thereby meeting the requirements for conservation, research and display. This study effectively demonstrates the integrated approach of combining archaeological excavation with cultural heritage conservation, and provides a scientific reference for the conservation of similar waterlogged wooden slip artifacts.
