    摘要:

    青岛市博物馆藏有一批清代纸板水陆画,绘制讲究,特色鲜明。为深入探究此批纸板水陆画的制作工艺和材料,采用便携式视频显微镜、造纸纤维测量仪、能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪、激光共聚焦显微拉曼光谱仪等设备进行科学分析。结果表明:画芯和背板纸均为竹纸,背板使用13层竹纸合成,并添加土、石灰等增加纸板厚度,提高强度和吸潮性能;绘画颜料除矿物颜料朱砂、铅白、石绿外,还有有机颜料藤黄和合成颜料普鲁士蓝。研究揭示其制作材料和工艺,以及晚清时期中西融合的绘画风格和用途,为清代纸板水陆画的综合研究提供了重要实证,也为同类文物的保护修复提供了科学依据。

    Abstract:

    A set of exquisite cardboard water-and-land paintings in the collection of Qingdao Museum was investigated to determine their materials and production techniques. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectrometry (SEM-EDS), optical microscopy (OM), paper fiber measurement, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (EDXRF) and laser confocal microscopy Raman spectrometry (LCMR) were used for scientific analysis. The results show that both the central paper and the backing board paper are made of bamboo fibers. The backing board consists of 13 layers of bamboo paper, supplemented with soil, lime, and other materials to increase thickness, enhance mechanical strength, and improve moisture absorption properties. The pigments include inorganic materials such as cinnabar, lead white, and malachite, as well as the organic material from Garcinia and the synthetic pigment of Prussian blue. This study reveals the materials and manufacturing techniques for the paintings, as well as their artistic style and function, reflecting the integration of Chinese and Western elements during the late Qing Dynasty. It provides important empirical evidence for the comprehensive study of cardboard water-and-land paintings of the Qing Dynasty, and offers a scientific basis for the conservation and restoration of similar cultural relics.
